Membership consists of General, Associate, Student and Retired Members.
General Members: Limited to individuals actively engaged in bona-fide H.R.
administration at the exempt level; faculty members holding assistant,
associate, or full professor rank in personnel, H.R., or industrial relations of
their specialized phases at an accredited college / university; full-time
consultants with at least 3 years experience in H.R. management.
Associate Members: Individuals in non-exempt H.R. positions, as well as
individuals who do not meet the General Member category, but who
demonstrate a bona-fide interest in H.R. management, and the purposes of
the Texoma Chapter.
Student Members: Individuals actively enrolled in H.R. programs at the
college / university level. Student members may not vote or hold office in
the Chapter.
Retired Members: Members in good standing at the time of retirement from
any firm, organization, or institution may become a Retired Life Member by
meeting the eligibility requirements of a General Member and by paying a
one-time fee to and specified by Texoma Human Resource Management
Association.
